Monitor and record patient's condition and document care provided
Administer medications and treatments effectively and safely
Communicate with physicians and the healthcare team to facilitate patient care
Educate patients and their families on illness prevention and lifestyle adjustments
Handle medical emergencies and ensure patient comfort and safety
Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems
Strong clinical skills with the ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient safety
