This role is critical in supporting our mission to provide outstanding, specialized care involving complex bone marrow transplants. Administer nursing care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
Monitor patient conditions consistently and adjust care plans as necessary.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on transplant procedures and post-care requirements.
Participate in research and continuous improvement initiatives related to transplant care and outcomes.
Manage medication and use advanced medical equipment to monitor health stats and critical responses.
Expertise in critical care nursing and advanced life support.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
In-depth knowledge of hematological systems and transplant procedures.
Proficiency in using healthcare information systems.
