Description

We are seeking experienced, multi-state licensed Nurse Practitioners to join a growing telehealth network as independent 1099 contractors. This role focuses on asynchronous patient care—secure messaging, chart review, diagnostic ordering, and treatment planning—supporting innovative digital health programs nationwide.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide asynchronous telehealth consultations via secure platforms (messaging, portal reviews, e-prescribing).
• Review patient histories, diagnostics, and intake forms to develop safe, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order labs/diagnostics when clinically appropriate.
• Document care in compliance with federal and state telemedicine regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, pharmacists, digital health partners).
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold professional standards.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in multiple U.S. states (compact RN license a plus).
• Board certified (FNP, AGNP, ACNP, or equivalent).
• 2+ years of clinical experience; prior telehealth experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and independent decision-making skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital health platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible 1099 contractor capacity.
