Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – Telemedicine (HIV, Hep C, PrEP & Primary Care)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our fully remote telemedicine team. This role will focus on providing comprehensive care for HIV, Hep C, and PrEP patients while also addressing general primary care needs. The ideal candidate will be clinically confident, telemedicine-proficient, and able to work independently in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities:

Conduct telemedicine visits for HIV-positive, Hep C, PrEP, and primary care patients.
Perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic and acute conditions.
Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with clinical guidelines.
Educate patients on disease management, prevention, and wellness.
Maintain detailed, timely documentation in the electronic health record.
Collaborate virtually with the multidisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in NJ and Florida with prescriptive authority.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in HIV, Hep C, PrEP, and primary care.
Prior telemedicine experience required.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient panel remotely.
Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care.

Schedule:

Fully remote telemedicine, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for patient needs.

Requirements

Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher.
Licensure: Active NP license in New Jersey and Florida; willing to obtain licensure in additional states as required.
Certification: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) only.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience managing HIV, Hep C, PrEP, and primary care patients.
Prior telemedicine experience required.
Strong independent clinical decision-making skills and excellent communication abilities.
