Critical Care Nurse Practitioner, Night Shifts - Louisiana, Flexible Schedule

Night coverage needed in a high-acuity CTICU in New Orleans; flexible scheduling, travel covered, and solo APP shifts.

Highlights

• Pick your own dates; consistent or PRN welcome
• High-acuity transplant patients
• Solo APP shifts with MD backup

Practice Setting

• Inpatient CTICU; heart and lung transplant patients
• Adult-only population
• Epic charting
• Hospital/nursing support staff on-site

Schedule

• Night shifts: 7p-7a
• 8-10 patients on service per shift
• Rotating admits with partner hospital
• Start as soon as October

Cases and Procedures

• ICU rounds, consults, central lines
• Ventilator and ECMO management
• No call required

Requirements

• ACNP (only Acute Care NPs accepted)
• Louisiana license, DEA, BLS, and ACLS required
